　　It's reported that not getting enough sleep can cause problems in a student's life．Many students fall asleep at school or while doing their homework．So they get lower grades than those who get enough sleep．Many scientists suggest middle school students should have about 9 hours’ sleep a night．As for the students who feel nervous and forgetful, most of them don't get enough sleep at night．
