Many people are interested in UFOs and there are a lot of reports about them. One report of UFOs came from a British plane on its way from New York to London in 1954.The British plane was flying over an island at 19,000 feet when the captain(機(jī)長) noticed that something was on their left and a little lower(更低) than their plane. Every day in China, about 200 million children go to school. Many of them take school buses.

In 1826, a Frenchman named Niepce needed pictures for his business. But he was not a good artist. So he invented a very simple camera. He put it in a window of his house and took a picture of his garden. That was the first photo.

China's long-awaited rules on school bus safety finally came into force on Tuesday, including a list of ways aimed at reducing the risk of accident.

Rules and funding
